Education

The Family Foundation Fund provides the boys in the program with educational resources that will best assist them in their schooling. Through our partnerships with local education systems like Lighthouse Christian School, Nashville Christian Academy, and private instructors we have been able to cater specifically to each of the boys individual academic needs.

Lighthouse has partnered with the Family Foundation Fund since 1998, with providing the Foundation Sons with a Christian education to prepare them for life. Teaching them all the essentials that they need to succeed but also while learning about subjects like photosynthesis, they are able to learn about God’s unfailing love in the world around them. Each son is required to be at the East YMCA at six forty-five every morning for devotion and the Foundation provides transportation for them to and from school.

This year the oldest Foundation Son, Darius White, will be graduating from Lighthouse Christian School in May of 2012.
